Challenge: The Electronic Security Association (ESA) needed its Electronic Security Expo (ESX) in Louisville, KY, to be filmed. It was the 75th anniversary of the association, but beyond that milestone, the strategy and intended uses for filming were somewhat undetermined.
Objective: Hybrid Moon strategized several specific uses for daily social media postings. This involved shooting seminars, testimonials, award ceremonies–the works—and selecting highlights from each event.
Result: Covering the expo brought focus and context to the week’s events. This was accomplished unobtrusively without needing much of the client’s valuable time. The post-event highlight video also gave the ESA a deep visual library to promote future conferences and recruit new members.
